Tried to look into buying a new truck as I previously purchased one from these guys last year I brought my old one in for appraisal never herd nothing for a few days then get a call from the salesmen just telling me that they did not want to make a deal after running numbers which ok what ever so I go to another dealer in town looked at similar priced/ equipped truck within an hour and half had appraisal and estimated monthly payments decide to go ahead with the deal they sent me to finance where I was notified that ford had already ran a credit check on me which I had no idea they did as far as I new I just wanted an estimate just like the other dealer had done before proceeding to check my credit. Found this very unprofessional and shady even if they did not want to make a deal with me to run someone credit without consent or any sort of notice is bad business in my book did not appreciate the way I was treated not sure why I was treat in such a way nor was I given any real explanation as to why.
